Patisserie Royale
Establishment of Patisserie Royale at Wycker Brugstraat 13 in Maastricht by siblings Schrijnemaekers.
Struijcken Family
Martien and Tessy Struijcken leave Tilburg behind to take over a Brussels-oriented patisserie in the south.
2nd generation
Baker's son Jef comes to help in the business after his father's health declines and continues it under the same banner.
First cookies
With his background as a baker and experience at a machine manufacturer, the cookies became increasingly well-known in the city.
Cookies Royale
More and more hospitality businesses and suppliers found their way to the tastiest cookies. It became larger than the patisserie and thus a new bakery was established.
3rd generation
Bob, with his background in technical business administration, manages to professionalize the company and takes over the shares.
